We exist to glorify God in serving the Lord, the various departments of HBI, the entire task force of HBI, the donors and the community & being part of fulfilling God’s great commission

The Personnel Department is involved in recruiting Godly men & Godly women; training them on the job; developing them constantly to render high performance; evaluating their job performance to help increase their effectiveness; and providing a benefit package for each personnel.

The Information Technology Service Center serves as a catalyst to empower the ministries of HBI with effective and user friendly Manangement Information System; utilizing and providing the best available resources in current technologies at par globally to reach the world for Christ.

The Communication section serves to proclaim the Gospel and promote the ministries of HBI, through Video & audio media.

The Finance Section is involved in developing and managing resources entrusted to the mission with absolute integrity, prudence and accountability to God, the Government , & the donars

The Food & Beverage Department serves the students, children, pastors, staff, short-term teams and guests with quality & balanced food

The Facilities Department exists to serve the Lord by providing a hassle free and comfortable environment to work through each day, through regular maintenance projects for the various ministries of HBI.
