Since 1987, God enabled us to envision 72,000 workers in 17 states of India who have a commitment to plant over 600,000 churches. We have developed over 300 district movements that are involved in a district level strategy to disciple the whole district.
In 1987, it was estimated that India had 25,000 leaders in the task force serving about 100,000 churches but after the mobilization effort by the Church Mobilization Department, God began to move His church and in the next 13 years the Church saw the task force to grow to over 125,000 people and the total number of churches in the nation increased to over 358,000 churches by 2000.
